The Grande Luxxe Residences Spa Suite is an expansive space (about 3,200 square feet) that includes a gourmet kitchen, two dining rooms and living room with TV area. The suite has three bedrooms with two king-size beds and two double-size beds plus three bathrooms with two Jacuzzi tubs. The terrace includes a plunge pool, dining table, day bed and two armchairs. This unit also includes four TVs.

As a Platinum member, guest benefits include guaranteed spa reservations when made sufficiently in advance. In addition there are various butler services provided, some with additional charge, such as grocery shopping. Platinum benefits may also give you priority access to certain exclusive pool areas in both Riviera Maya and Nuevo Vallarta that would not be given to non-Platinum reservations.
