In the Santa Ynez Valley, and centrally located in the prestigious Santa Rita Hills Appellation, Turner Vineyard occupies twenty-one acres of rich terroir, where estate wine grapes and majestic oaks blanket the landscape. The impeccable Turner Estate residence graces a scenic hilltop overlooking a vast valley floor, where coastal breezes often find their way to the doorstep. With a temperate climate, rolling fertile hills, and vast open space, the table is set to enjoy this very special retreat with stunning views steeped in natural beauty.

In French Country style, the interior design is a perfect blend of elegance and relaxed comfort, featuring pine floors, natural stone, and abundance of custom windows and cabinetry.

The Great Room features dining at a large antique farm table under spectacular truss beam ceilings. An impressive semi-circular banquette is tucked below massive windows that overlook the pool terrace and grounds. With fine attention to detail, the Kitchen has been thoroughly and professionally equipped to the exacting standards of any chef. Outside the Great Room, an outdoor Living Room overlooks the pool terrace and the grounds below. Stay warm on cool evenings with two overhead heaters.

Whether retiring in front of the fireplace in the Formal Living Room, or relaxing in the downstairs Media Room on the large sectional, each guest is offered plenty of choices for leisurely indoor activity.

On the ground floor, the Master Suite with soaring ceilings is spacious - another glowing fireplace adds to the comfortable ambiance. The Master Bathroom is sunny and bright and features a tub and walk-in shower.

Also on the ground floor, a second Guest Bedroom features a queen-size bed and is across from the Hall Bathroom. A third Bedroom features a queen-size bed, twin day bed and en suite Bathroom.

Upstairs is a second Media Room. There are also two Bedroom Suites, each with en suite Bathrooms.

The pool, built-in spa, and outdoor patios are all surrounded in Santa Ynez flagstone and river rock, with mature oaks offering plenty of shade and filtered sunshine around the property. Barbecue, dine, lounge, swim, nap, and enjoy the serene setting year round.
