Aaron Schnieder


I marched in the rifle line in 81, 82 and flag in 86.


Filmmaker Aaron Schneider is the director of the World War II thriller Greyhound, starring Tom Hanks, released on July 10, 2020 from Apple TV+. Schneider's first feature, Get Low, staring Robert Duvall and Bill Murray, drew widespread praise when it premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival and earned Schneider the Independent Spirit Award for Best First Feature. His short film Two Soldiers won an Academy Award for Best Live Action Short Film.


Schneider began his directing career in episodic television but, interested in helming feature films, he decided to self-finance and adapt William Faulkner's short story Two Soldiers into a short film. The 40-minute short won a top prize at the Palm Springs Film Festival which made it eligible for an Oscar . Schneider submitted the film to the Academy of Motion Pictures, Arts & Sciences which led to his Academy Award .


Jay Looby

I marched in 2001 and 2002 in the Tuba section.

Bio: I've worked as a Camera Operator and 1st AC/Camera Utility with numerous clients for networks including ABC, CBS, FOX, Discovery, Bravo, MTV, VH1, and Showtime. My specialties include POV cameras, drones, time-lapse, and astrophotography.


Ryan Ling

Ryan Ling is a native of Wilmington, OH and currently resides in Brooklyn, NY with his wife Lindsey. He has been working in television production since 2003, and launched his own production company, Bird Brain Productions, in 2015. Over the span of his career he has worked with some of the nation's top entertainers, comedians, and musicians. In 2011 Ryan created MTV2's highest rated original series "Guy Code" that led to franchise spinoffs, Girl Code, Girl Code Live, Guy Court, Charlamagne's Uncommon Sense, and Ladylike, launching the careers of Charlamagne tha God, Pete Davidson, Nicole Byer, Awkwafina, Carly Aquilino, and many more. Currently he is developing series for MTV, Vh1, Nickelodeon, Snapchat, and Viceland.

Ryan received his Bachelor's degree in TV Production/ Mass Communications from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Ryan was a marching member of the Corps for 5 seasons (1998-2002) where he played baritone until being named Assistant Drum Major in 2002.


Nathan Smith

Marched from '92 to '98 and was Color Guard Captain in '98

Nathan is currently the set decorator for Grey's Anatomy.
