Jeff is currently Vice President of the Realtime Payments (RTP) Technology Bid Management team at Visa Inc, based in Foster City California. He has been with Visa since 1993 and has held a variety of Management, Engineering, Architectural and Finance positions. Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a Concentration in Computer Science from Fairfield University, Fairfield, CT.

Mr Mangione has led the creation and management of engineering organizations from early stage startups to late stage re-invention of large organizations seeking new market share. He is a leader agile methodologies using a combination of mentoring and hands on teaching creating a track record high quality software that is consistently under budget and ahead of schedule. Accomplished researcher communicator, lecturer and writer whose publications include articles in CIO Magazine, JavaWorld, NCWorld, and a long running column in Enterprise Developer Magazine. Mentor level developer in many technologies including Java, EJB, Web Services, C#, .Net and C++.

Romeo Casiple

Contrabass '90, 91, '93, '93 DCI Contrabass I&E Champion

Romeo grew up with a passion for playing music, and an equal passion for computers and technology. After aging out as a Contra player in the early 90's, Romeo began a consulting career building software to help businesses fill prescriptions better, ship packages faster, and take customer orders digitally. He took his consulting skills to software startups in California, helping businesses monetize the digital explosion through trusted relationships with their customers, and enhancing their customer experiences over the web.

Today Romeo serves as an Engagement Manager for MongoDB. MongoDB's modern JSON-based document database powers businesses that take their customer experiences to internet scale.

Romeo has a B.S., Computer Information Systems (cum laude) from Bradley University, Peoria, IL.
