Bluffs House is located at 8 Casino Road, at Harbor View Landing in Mystic, CT and Chapter One is just a mile away in downtown Mystic.

The only original structure on the property dating back to 1895, The Bluffs House has been fully updated with all the modern conveniences mixed with the old-world charm. This house may be reserved as a whole or divided into two units. In total this unit entertains 11-12

The lower level consists of a King bedroom, parlor room with twin trundle (2 beds), large living area with sleeper sofa facing the waterfront leading out to a wraparound porch. This unit also
has an eat-in kitchen and custom tiled bathroom. Entertains up to 6

The upper level has two Queen bedrooms, a custom tiled bathroom, living area with sleeper sofa, and an eat-in, galley kitchen leading out to a raised deck with a bird's eye view of the
waterfront. Entertains 5-6

Though this house does not have a range in the kitchen, there is a grill available seasonally for cooking.

Black out dates would be for all July/August and weekends from may 28th - oct 31st.
