Event FAQ:
What should I wear?
- You're encouraged to wear semi-formal or business attire; but, there is no dress code. Wear what makes you most comfortable!
What if the CDC changes guidelines and in-person events are forced to be cancelled?
- In the case that in-person events are cancelled, we do have a virtual format prepared and tickets sold will transfer over to the virtual format.
Do I need to wear a mask?
- The Reach Foundation believes that it is vitally important to place the safety of everyone first. As a result, for this event we are asking that all attendees wear a mask when they are not eating or drinking. While we understand that everyone has different beliefs and values related to masks, vaccination, and COVID-19, we must take all of the necessary precautions to keep our guests, staff, volunteers, and sponsors safe. Many of the clients we serve at Reach, Inc. have underlying health issues and our facilities require masks upon entry for this reason. So, we ask that you please take that into consideration on the night of the event. We want everyone to stay healthy, happy, and safe. Thank you for your support!
Do I need cash?
- Cash is not necessary but you can bring it if you'd like! We will have ATM access provided by the Lismore Hotel on site if you prefer cash. We will also have PayPal and card reader payments available.
What do you mean in-person and virtual silent auction?
- We want everyone to be able to participate in our event, even if they are not able to come in-person in November. This year we will be opening the virtual silent auction 10 days in advance for online bidding. We will be releasing additional items for bidding at the in-person event only. Just some special surprises for our special guests!
What will be at the event?
- At the event you will meet Reach, Inc.'s new CEO Anne Woolever, enjoy a performance from Hearts in Harmony, have dinner and cocktails, participate in raffles and auctions, learn more about Reach, Inc. and the Reach Foundation, and see the sponsors and employers who help us change the lives of the members we support.
