Dee Morris, a Greenville, North Carolina resident, studied painting at East Carolina University, working with teachers Marilyn Gordley, Clarence Morgan, and with visiting artist Sam Scott of Santa Fe New Mexico. She maintained a studio in the arts district on Dickenson Avenue for several years, and currently maintains a Greenville studio. In the nineties, she collaborated with Henry Stindt, another local artist, and they exhibited their work under the name Henry Delia. The Marita Gilliam Gallery in Raleigh, NC in the nineties also represented her work. She continues to exhibit her paintings and three-dimensional works in Eastern North Carolina.
