Also a $20 gift certificate* to B*U*B Restaurant at Rock Island Public House. Most months you will receive a traditional pork sausage from around the world, but we may substitute more exotic
varieties, including duck or lamb sausage or even house cured charcuterie. We want to keep options exciting. All fresh sausage comes vacuum sealed and frozen in 1 lb packages for easy storage and cooking later. Charcuterie will vary in amount based on meat variety
and herbs, but we promise happy taste buds! Along with your order, we'll include an informational card explaining what sausage you received, flavor profiles and cooking suggestions.

Recipients will be notified each month when their sausage package is ready for pick-up at RIPH. Sausage of the Month Club members also receive 20% off their dine-in or takeout meal during the weekend of sausage pick-up.
