Transform your body! This amazing 12 week Transformation Program will help you get into shape by losing bodyweight, improving strength and making healthy lifestyle changes. Your program will be designed around your busy lifestyle to suit your individual needs and goals. Training will consist of resistance exercises, cardio, and a daily step target. Programs may be done at home, in a commercial gym, or a combination of both. This training program incorporates both upper and lower extremity exercises at each session to encourage optimal blood flow to the muscles during workouts. Clients will be given a custom set menu each week based on their caloric and macronutrient values required to lose weight. Clients check in on a weekly basis and their menu is adjusted accordingly at this time. After the 12 week program, an exit strategy is discussed so you can continue on your fitness journey.

Jill is passionate about helping other people get healthy, to feel strong and confident every day. She has a major in Biology and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, working in a variety of outpatient orthopedic settings and home health care. She received specialized training through the Herman and Wallace Institute for Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation, treating pelvic floor conditions for over 10 years. She is also an ACE Certified Nutrition Specialist and enjoys helping clients to live a more healthy and balanced lifestyle.
