Sponsor a Journey for 150 students. Religious Diversity Journeys (RDJ) is an immersion education program that uses powerful field trip experiences to teach understanding of those others "with whom God has placed us in society." Students experience five different places of worship. It is a fun, engaging experience where hundreds of students get objective information about world religions in keeping with the Michigan public school social studies standards of learning curriculum with a summation session at the Detroit Institute of Art or the Holocaust Memorial Center.
Bus transportation for one middle school costs $1000. Your donation towards our Religious Diversity Journeys for Seventh Graders (RDJ) Transportation Fund allows one underserved school to participate in six field trips per year.

Lunch for 150 students per field trip costs about $1500. And lunch for a Journey is a highlight. It features celebrated foods of the world. A donation to our Foods of the World fund enriches the experience for all.
Right now, you can sponsor a podcast for only $500. The Faith and Works Podcasts explore wide ranging topics related to religion and American community values. "What is Religion Becoming" and "Religion and Artificial Intelligence" are two of the topics we have explored.
The IFLC Newsletter is the only metropolitan Detroit instrument of communication among interfaith groups. It promotes collective action as well as the IFLC programs and costs about $500 per month.
As an IFLC Film Projects Sponsor you make compelling video presentations possible that educate and promote understanding. You could sponsor our 'Art and Faith' video this spring. You could also sponsor a video about a specific religious group.
Help IFLC continue to provide high quality immersion programs for adults. We come together to address questions like "Spirituality and Solitude during Covid". Our popular 'Ask A…' programs introduce the community to diverse people of faith. And our 'World Sabbath of Peace' events help parents introduce their young children to the value of having a diverse and peaceful community.
