American Airlines: 2 Round Trip Tickets

1) All tickets are awarded as prizes and as such are NOT wholly or partially refundable or transferable
2) Travel authorized under this prize is for roundtrip travel on American Airlines, American Eagle and/or American Connection flights only and is subject to space availability at the time of booking.
3) The ticket(s) issued under this prize must have the same departure date, return date and destination
4) Reservations made under this prize must be ticketed and travel completed by the expiration date listed on the cover of this letter for which the tickets are awarded.
5) Any and all expenses incidental to the tickets issued under this prize are the responsibility of the traveler. Such expenses include but are not limited to: ground transportation, lodging, meals and all applicable fees and taxes. This will include airport fees and foreign country entrance taxes.
6) In the event a winner is unable to use the tickets issued under the prize, American will not provide substitute compensation.
7) No stopovers are permitted on tickets issued under prize. If you are connecting to a flight you must take the next available flight to your final destination. Should a stopover be incurred your tickets will terminate and you will be responsible for arranging for the remaining transportation.
8) American will not be liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of a flight cancellation or flight delay. In such an event, every effort will be made to accommodate you and your companion on the next available American Airlines flight
