Enjoy our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home, close to the beach, with a large heated pool that sleeps 10.

Gulf beach access is directly across the street -- only the beachfront homes are closer! Westside beach on Sanibel is nice, quiet, with less public foot traffic and beautiful sunset views.

The home is made up of a main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths (2 with queen beds, one with 2 twin beds), plus a guest house with 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom (queen bed, daybed and trundle pull-out). Guest cottage is connected by walkway to main house.

Well located on the island, we are just 2 miles from Baileys grocery store and the west end of Periwinkle Dr, 1.75 miles from the Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum, 1.25 miles from the Ding-Darling Wildlife Refuge, 1.4 miles from the trails of the Bailey-Tract Wildlife Preserve and adjacent to the Sanibel bike path for biking around the island.

Our furnished home provides a fully equipped kitchen, 2 TVs with cable, WiFi, PS3 for games and DVD, washer and dryer, all linens and hair dryers. For fun there are bikes, volleyball net, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas.

A large private yard to enjoy. Our lush .75+ acre yard is completely private, yet large enough to play frisbee or set up a volleyball net.
