The bedroom has a Queen size bed. The kitchen has modern appliances. The front room has a bay window overlooking a quiet leafy street and an east view for sunrises and moonrises. The apartment has central air.

Walk a few blocks east to the park and lakefront for a drop-dead view of the downtown skyline. Around the corner is a must-see art museum Wrightwood 659. For entertainment, you're a few blocks from numerous small theaters and nearby DePaul University School of Music offers several public recitals most days.

Groceries, carry-out and eat-in restaurants are within walking distance. If you choose to venture out of the neighborhood, the nearest El station to the Loop is a 10 minute walk and the nearest bus stop to the Loop is 5 minutes away. A CTA transit pass is available in the apartment for your use.

The apartment does not have internet service or cable TV and is not wheelchair accessible.
