-53 Genuine round cabochon Sapphires range from 3mm - 4.3mm in diameter. There are two rose cut sapphires (at the bottom tip of the heart) measured 2mm in diameter.

-26 Genuine Round Cabochon Amethyst ranged from 4.8mm - 5.2mm in diameter.

-on the oxidized silver bail there are 9 round cut diamonds each are measured 1.5mm in diameter

-on the 18k white gold arrow there are 50 round cut diamonds each are measured 1.2mm in diameter

- around and in front of the pin/pendant there are about 215 round cut diamond ranging from 1mm -1.5mm in diameter.
