a background in spiritual psychology with two decades experience practicing and teaching yoga, mindfulness and meditation. She enlists inquiry based dialogue and mindfulness practices to help people reduce stress and anxiety and enhance creativity, innovative thinking and decision making. These skills are beneficial not only to creatives but to anyone who wants to optimize their life, work and overall well being.
