You are going to have an amazing adventure including a cooking lesson from Chef Amber and a private tour of our 1,000-acre nature preserve which features amazing vistas, wildflowers, and a wide variety of songbirds. There are also over 30 miles of hiking trails. In addition you will learn new gardening techniques from our farm and garden manager who oversees our one-acre certified organic garden and a farm full of cuddly animals such as our 1,600 pound oxen! Then you can take a "behind the scenes" tour of some of our 34 historic buildings and see space not normally open to the public.
