This basket is inspired by my late sister-in-law, Jennifer June, who we lost to breast cancer much too soon in 2013. Jennifer's journey through breast cancer lasted several years, and through it all, she focused on her children and family, always positive, hopeful and smiling. I assembled items to represent peace, hope, strength and love.

In the basket, I've included a prayer shawl that I knit in Jen's favorite colors (pinks and purples) in a pattern called "Journey"- to provide peace and comfort when you need it; a necklace and earrings that I designed and made in labradorite (the stone of transformation), freshwater pearls (because Jen loved the beach) and crystal quartz (a healing stone). I've also made a fun pair of earrings in pearl and pretty pink rose quartz (the stone of universal love). And for more fun, there's a bottle of Jen's favorite indulgence (Tequila) and four mermaid shot glasses! There are also some soothing, fragrant French soaps and a cute little soap dish to keep them in, a fragrant French Vanilla candle as well as a framed beach photo, blown glass starfish and some additional surprise items.
