In Honor of Fedina Boyle...My Warrior.

I have known Fedina and her family since 5th grade when they moved to my street in Huntington, CT, so many years ago! But I will never forget the day when she called me to tell me she had Breast Cancer. My heart sank, but she was so positive, and I will always remember what she said to me "I am not ready to leave my children and I am going to fight this!" She was so strong through her battle and I admire her courageousness! So, in her honor, I put together this basket of things that she loves and things that remind me of her! CHEERS to the Warrior!

Fedina loves taking a day trip to the Hopkins Vineyard and enjoying Wine and Cheese and laughter with friends! When Fedina's Birthday comes around and if you ask her where she wants to celebrate her Birthday... that's easy! Crave in Ansonia and some Sangria!! Yumm!! Fedina also has a sweet tooth if you don't know it and likes to venture to Ferris Farm Creamery in Newtown for some homemade ice cream when no one is watching! I have to say all my memories of Fedina are very, very Italian!! Especially her Mom's cooking, everything is AWESOME, and my favorite dish is her PASTA!! But if Fedina ever asks what she can bring to my house . . . I always have the same answer" Your SALAD, your mom's pasta and bring a bottle!" . . . LOL
