Relief is possible.
Do you feel like your neck pain is always with you and never goes away?
We all have the "spot" in our body that keeps showing up, bothering us, and never seems to want to let go. I am guessing your "spot" might be in the neck or area around it? Me too! That is why I created this course for you.
After years of battling chronic neck pain and tension headaches, I took my own advice and focused on self-fascial release for the neck. I learned so much along the way.
Fascia bodywork is not the same as traditional stretching. A fascia stretch is never taken to its end-range where the risk of injury occurs. Fascia bodywork combines activation and movement to affect and change the fascia in a safe, closed-chain range of motion. This breaks through congested tissue that is disrupting proper movement patterns. When our movement patterns become disrupted, muscles may go into spasm, weaken, or even stop functioning properly, leading to chronic pain and disfunction of movement.

GET FASCIA FIX: NECK PAIN
Fascia bodywork is the pathway to free yourself of chronic neck pain.
The fascia bodywork in this course focuses on clearing this dense fascia with laser focused fascia stretches, allowing tight muscles to relax, weak muscles to strengthen, and new energy to flow throughout the upper body.
