Rogue Running Training Program
Whether you are completely new to running, re-starting after some time away, or already running 3 miles or less, this program will help you build to a 5k or 10k.
Our expert coaches will guide you on a safe and manageable build while equipping you with knowledge about form, nutrition, hills, stretching, injury prevention and more.
No matter your experience level, the Rogue Level I program welcomes you! After you sign up, you will have access to a training schedule with 5 tiers in the training schedule to choose from - to fit any beginner runner.
If you are unsure where you belong, your coach will be happy to help you determine that. If you're a walker, runner or walk/runner, you have a place at Rogue!
Then reward your training with one entry to the 2022 Austin Half-Marathon/Marathon.
Race past iconic landmarks like UT Tower, The I Love You Mural, and Austin Power Plant. Be greeted by cheering crowds as you close in on the finish line in front of the Texas State Capitol. Explore our culture-rich city and truly experience The Live Music Capital of the World with live music on the course and downtown concert.
