Dr. DeFrancesch has spent the last 20+years treating various spinal and musculoskeletal complaints. He has been invited to lecture, present research, and teach at numerous North American as well as International specialty conferences. His most recent publication in Pain Medicine deals with some of the unique aspects of cervical discography. He has served as an expert witness in a number of medical-legal spine cases in both District and Federal Courts. He is frequently asked to review medical records, spinal imaging, and treatment plans to assess the appropriateness of care, whether planned or previously performed.

Consultations and Independent Medical Examinations(IME) for record reviews are generally sought by Insurers or Attorneys looking for clarification of care plans.

An independent review* of records, imaging, and phone conference of 60m maximum is being offered for auction. Typical hourly rates are $2,250/hr

Details

• Duration: 60 minutes.
• To be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon date, based on the donor's availability.
• *IME or independent review is NOT a formation of a doctor-patient relationship. Any suggestions should be discussed with the individuals own physician. NO treatments will be rendered remotely. No records will be reviewed before all applicable state and federal regulations have been addressed (ie HIPPA). No formal report or documentation will be generated.

Rules & Regulations

• Experience cannot be resold or re-auctioned.
• Sharing of login information is forbidden beyond one classroom and can result in cancellation of the experience.
• Recording, screen grabs, or distribution of the session is strictly prohibited unless otherwise approved by the donor.
• We expect all winning bidders and their guests to conduct themselves appropriately when attending an experience. Polite manners and respect for the generous donor and adherence to any rules or parameters are a must.
• Experience expires October 1, 2021.
