1 hour simulator session from GPX Driver Development Lab in Miami

"GPX Driver Development Lab is a Miami, Florida based motor-sports driver training facility featuring advanced computer simulation equipment, coupled with top-level professional driver coaching. The core of GPX Lab's cutting-edge simulation technology is a customized GT

race-car chassis and cockpit. The driver is surrounded by a multi-projector, wrap-around cinema screen, and an exceptionally realistic physical environment to closely replicate the actual on-track driving experience. All driver control surfaces are exactly the same components found on top-level GT race-cars, creating the proper feel and response to all driver inputs. Car physics and track models are all handcrafted and custom tuned with input from world-renowned professional racing drivers in order to create the best possible correlation between simulation and real-life. In the simulator we have the capability to have you drive one or several of our selection of vehicles (all built from actual car data, integrating real-life data and professional driver feedback for correlation) on any number of track models from circuits around the world.

During the session, the simulator operator (always with significant racing experience) would give feedback via two-way radio, using a live-feed telemetry system to monitor all of the driver's metrics in real-time.

Depending on the driver's comfort or experience level in this type of simulator, the primary focus would normally be on getting the driver acclimated to driving in the simulator before working on specific driving elements to improve performance.

Following a session of driving, the simulator operator then provides further feedback using professional-level data analysis software, typically by comparing client lap(s) with a reference lap from a pro driver.

How much time is spent driving versus how much time is spent on the analysis is strictly up to client preference, and will depend on the specific agenda. We encourage clients to bring their existing driver coaches if they have one, as this increases the productivity of the simulator session even more.

GPX Lab operates by appointment only, and as such we can work to suit any specific scheduling needs. It is possible for the simulator to operate at nighttime or on weekends when required.

The GPX Lab simulator facility is located approximately 15-minutes from Miami International Airport (MIA), and 30-minutes from Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL). We are conveniently placed just a short drive from Downtown Miami and the Miami Beaches, at the northern-edge of the vibrant Miami Design District. Airport pickup/drop-off can be arranged for clients as necessary. Hotel recommendations can also be provided upon request."
