Castle Farms at The Kentucky Castle is a true farm-to-table experience in the heart of the Bluegrass. The Castle has an on-site garden that provides Castle Farm with up to 90% of all produce served to guests. To supplement and create the other components of the dishes, the restaurant are uses locally-sourced, healthy ingredients to create amazing meals. While you are a guest, you will enjoy only the finest Kentucky cuisine.
