Our luxuriously modern Private Residence is 1800 square feet and located on the North Side of Chicago near Wrigley Field. Our condo includes 3 bedrooms featuring king-sized platform beds. Off of the master bedroom is the master bathroom offering a walk-in shower and full-sized tub. A second bathroom is also available with a shower/tub combo. All bathrooms feature premium fixtures and modern design aesthetics. In the sprawling main area, you will find the kitchen, dining area, and living room, which have been furnished with luxury furniture and includes Wifi. The kitchen, it is outfitted with top-end appliances and almost every tool you will need to cook delicious meals for you and your guest. This includes a gas range cooktop, built-in oven & stacked microwave, and counter-depth custom fridge.

Your auction package redemption voucher will be emailed to you. Please allow 15 days for your redemption voucher to be delivered from the time payment is received. You will need your redemption voucher number when contacting our concierge department for booking your travel. Travel needs to be booked within one year and traveled within two years. As well travel must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance and reservations are subject to availability. Auction packages cannot be resold. Ground Transportation and $500 damage deposit are not included. Blackout dates are the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Chicago Marathon and Lollapalooza Chicago Festival.
