Enjoy a week in a lovely and comfortable 4 bedroom (plus game/bunk room), 3 bath ski house minutes from Sunday River ski resort in Newry Maine. Sunday River has the best snow-making in the East and their skiing and riding spans eight peaks. The house faces the ski resort across a small valley. It is 3 miles from garage to parking lot and you can enjoy the lovely view of the groomer's lights on the runs from the deck-level hot tub! Sleeps 13.

Not a skier? No worries, this area of Maine is lovely in the summer as well. The Androscoggin River runs close by and the quaint town of Bethel is a 10 minute drive away. There is wonderful hiking and biking out your doorstep.

It is requested that your week start and end on a Friday and that you contact the owners to book dates by December 15th. Sunday River has said they will open with some restrictions in the lift lines and lodges to minimize risk of virus spread. No pets and no smoking please.

Christmas/New Year's weeks, Columbus Day weekend, and Thanksgiving are excluded. A $500 safety deposit and quick Zoom call with owners is required before your stay.
