One monthly counseling session for a Marian Girl for one year, providing a safe haven and equipping students with tools to thrive.
Marian Girls face a multitude of challenges associated with poverty, like homelessness, gun violence, abuse and hunger. During these challenging times, our students value and desire meeting with our counselors, both in person and remotely.

90% of Marian Girls face poverty, and yet:
100% graduated from high school in 2020, compared to 73% of students from local public schools
100% of Marian alumnae will attend college or a post-secondary institution in 2020 as compared to 64% of students from local public schools
An investment of $500 funds an Academic Saturday field trip, where students and families learn and serve together within our community.
A donation of $250 helps offset expenses of our healthy meals program for one academic year.
In a Distance Learning Environment, Marian provided milk, bread, potatoes, rice, beans, canned food, produce, and even hygiene products for Marian students and their families.
During a traditional school year, students receive breakfast, lunch and snacks in the course of our 10-hour day at Marian. And, for students whose families are in-need, Marian sends food home with students weekly.
An investment of $100 offsets the cost of providing coats, gloves, shoes, glasses, and other items to a girl in need.
