By keeping these traditions alive we allow them to adapt and evolve, becoming part of our modern life. Chef Antonella La Macchia has been teaching cooking classes for over 8 years. In a live unforgettable experience, she will guide you through making fresh pasta with your own hands. Your virtual experience will consist of participation via Zoom for you and your friends or family. Package includes up to 4 screens in different locations (or you can have a small group in one home) for an approximate 1-1/2 hour class. Antonella will provide a few choices of pasta or ravioli and will send the list of ingredients and equipment you will need in advance. Some of the most important items are included in this package - you will receive a Marcato Atlas 150 Pasta Machine, KitchenAid Mixer, Pasta Drying Rack, Ravioli stamp, cutter and wheel set, Digital Scale, 2 Chef's Aprons, bowls and more!

Class to be arranged directly with Antonella, scheduled Monday - Fridays based on availability. Due to time difference class is normally scheduled for late morning.
