We are pleased to present the Annual Opportunity House Golf Outing.
Proceeds support quality of life programs for veterans, adults, children
and their families in Berks County.

Opportunity House Programs Include:

The Emergency Shelter
Second Street Learning Center
Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF)
Reuse/ Recycle - OppShop

Each golfer who participates will receive:

Greens fee and cart
Boxed lunch and post-golf refreshments
Use of driving range and putting green
Use of locker room facilities

Foursome deadline registration is Friday, May 21, 2021.

Putting Contest on the Putting Green - Purchase tickets under ITEMS.

**3 out of 4 Greenies will be CASH ONLY day of tournament. $80 per Foursome.
