Empty Bowl Soup Supper

Shenandoah Alliance for Shelter's 29th Annual Empty Bowl 

As you can see,  our 29th Annual Empty Bowl look's a little bit different.....We're Virtual!   

In the true  spirit of the Empty Bowl, your virtual ticket will provide you with a beautifully packaged, locally crafted pottery bowl. There will not be long lines to pick a bowl; this year it will all be a surprise as to which potter's bowl you will receive!  There are limited bowls, so purchase as soon as possible to ensure you receive one of this year's unique designs.  Tickets go on sale Monday, October 5th until sold out.   

Included with your bowl will be  some favorite and time-tested soup recipes to help you fill your empty bowl in the safety and comfort of your own home.  To purchase a bowl, select "buy ticket."

Bowls will be available for pick-up on Tuesdays from 10am-Noon & 2pm-4pm November 10th & 17th, and Thursdays from 10am-Noon & 3pm-6pm November 12th & 19th.  We apologize that we cannot ship to our out of town supporters, but do encourage coordinating with local friends for pick up. 

In addition to our bowls, there will also be a virtual silent auction, accessed by selecting the "view items" button on the screen.  As with our in-person events, we have been blessed with a plethora of wonderful handcrafted and unique items for you to bid on. Bidding for all auction items will begin on November 6th at 9:30 am and close at 6pm on November 20th.  

Silent auction pick up dates will be as follows:  November 21st 10am-2pm, November 23rd & 24th from 10am-noon & 2pm-4pm, and November 25th 10am-noon.  As with our bowls, we are not able to ship any auction items. 

Please note, you do not have to purchase a bowl ticket to access the bidding site.
