This lovely decorated home provides four bedrooms plus a third-floor bunk room that offers a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico from its balcony. This will surely be your favorite place to stay especially since you receive four complimentary bikes for use. Happy House is located on the south side of 30A in the quaint neighborhood of Old Florida Cottages in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. (162 Emerald Dunes Circle, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 on 30-A)

It has a community pool and is only a short walk (or bike ride) to the beach. There is plenty of space for the entire family and TV's in every bedroom.

On the main/first floor, you'll find the master bedroom which offers a king bed and private bath. There are two additional bedrooms that share a hall bathroom (one with a king bed and one with a queen bed) located on this level also. On the second floor, you'll find a spacious open concept design with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining and living area, all with access to the open porch providing lovely views from inside and out. The fourth bedroom with a queen bed and full bath is located on this level. The third floor has a twin set of bunk beds with an open porch to enjoy a great view of the Gulf.

Happy House is within walking distance to restaurants and extremely close to Gulf Place which has a variety of quaint boutiques, stores, restaurants, coffee, and ice cream shop, and much more! Hop on the shuttle at Gulf Place to take a ride down the 30A corridor and stop at great locations such as Seaside, The HUB, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. So what are you waiting for?

Home is available for a 4 night long weekend (Thursday-Sunday) in the off peak season. (Fall, Winter and early Spring)Bookings to be made outside of these dates March - April, June - Early Sept., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years. Winning bidder will be provided with booking instructions.
