The Team at Bourgeois Fishing Charters has a customized itinerary for your Fishing Package with two nights lodging at The Cajun Vista Inn, a gated fishing lodge with a private dock, located only 25 minutes from downtown New Orleans for 3 people: Day 1 Three anglers will arrive in late afternoon and get acquainted with The Cajun Vista Inn, a five-course dinner of fresh Louisiana seafood prepared with traditional recipes will be served at a determined time specified by our private chef. Accommodations will be provided at The Cajun Vista Inn. Day 2 A hot breakfast will be served before your scheduled morning Spin Fishing trip. Your Captain will depart around "safe light" and return in early afternoon, just in time for a hot lunch. Speckled trout and redfish will be the primary species. Your group can sit back, relax and prepare for another five course dinner that will be served at a determined time specified by our private chef. Accommodations will be provided at The Cajun Vista Inn. Day 3 A hot breakfast will be served at an appropriate time, determined by the chef, before your morning departure. Your Spin Fishing trip consists of one spin-fishing guided charter. Your trip includes all fishing equipment, packed lunch, snacks, soft drinks and water.
