This Sake is brewed from organic rice grown in naturally fertilized soil. With no additives or preservatives the goodness of the organic rice is perfectly preserved in this premium Junmai Ginjo. This Sake reveals a gentle aroma of honeysuckle and a hint of ripe bananas, and the flavor of fresh honeydew melons.

From Kikusui Sake Brewery in Niigata, the rice growing capital of Japan. The first organic import from Japan, no sulfites.

One (1) 720ml bottle Kamotsuru Tokusei Gold Dai Ginjo, Hiroshima

Find your center with Tokusei Gold Kamotsuru's Signature Blend is the original gold-flaked Daiginjo sake. The two edible, gold flake Sakura blossoms in each bottle are meant to represent two cranes who've mated for life.

From Kamotsuru Brewery in Hiroshima, the area that founded the Ginjo yeasts. Has pure gold "blossoms" dancing in the brew.

One (1) 720ml bottle Katsuyama Lei Sapphire Label Junmai Ginjo, Miyagi

From the legendary Katsuyama Sake Brewery in Miyagi Prefecture established in 1688 to serve the famous samurai feudal lord Date Masamune. His helmet later became the base for George Lucas' design for Star Wars' Darth Vader.

A special reserve brew, not yet available in market for wide distribution.

The name Lei comes from the wagtail, which is a sacred creature in Japanese mythology. The intense, fruity aroma and rich taste of Lei is very similar to fine Japanese muskmelon, and this sake can be enjoyed as an aperitif or starter drink.
