Cabernet Sauvignons Trio from Napa Valley including; 2010 The Label Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, 2016 Palermo Cabernet Sauvignon and Hall Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2016.

The 2010 The Label Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley is a modern reinterpretation of the "classic" Napa Cabernet from the 60's & 70's; more moderate use of oak, lower in alcohol, etc. It is for this same reason the wine is bottled in the old-school flat-bottomed Bordeaux bottles; not only is that what was originally used, but it is also one of the "greenest" bottles available. The fruit comes from a single vineyard which is now attached to the Turley Estate in St. Helena with 20-year-old vines which have been organically farmed.

2016 Palermo Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark garnet hue sits in the glass with immediate aromas of ripe cassis and blackberry. Hints of cocoa, new oak and fir complement the juicy fruit mélange. A full-bodied entry is succeeded by a mid-palate of dark fruits and a smooth, integrated minerality. The tannins are well developed, allowing the wine to finish with length.

This Hall wine is dark garnet in color with layers of blackberry, black cherry, sweet spice, black pepper, and oak. On the palate, there is bold, dark fruit at the forefront of this full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon that gives way to flavors of cocoa, nutmeg and graphite. The tannins are chewy and powerful, balanced by refreshing acidity on the long finish.
