Nancy Rice Early is fascinated by the natural world and the play of light and shadow. She creates colorful abstract or semi abstract landscape scenes of places real and imagined.

She has been a creative spirit her whole life. Her father was an architect and wood worker and her mother grew up dancing. Nancy spent years studying realism and the human figure. She holds degrees in studio art and computer video imaging, graduating Summa cum laude. She balances her life as an artist with teaching art and as a web usability specialist. Her empathetic nature makes her feel deeply in her creative endeavors and those feelings show up in much of her art.

Her work has been shown and purchased at art fairs, galleries and museums in California and many Midwest states. She's won numerous awards and is in collections throughout the U.S., Ireland and Australia.

Nancy Early will paint live between 6:00 pm-10:00 pm on March 6, and her livestream will be featured here. Bidding on the piece will be open while the piece is being created. Artwork is considered finished at the time of auction close on 3/6/2021 at 10:00 pm, and is sold as it is at that time.

Winners of artwork at Wall Ball will contact artist to arrange pickup of artwork. If winning bidder lives outside of the Metro St. Louis area, buyer must agree to pay for shipping of artwork, and will be contacted by Artscope to make arrangements.
