Learning how to be a Pit Master can be a daunting task, but not with Chef Brian West as your guide. With this Champion Package, you and nine friends will spend an incredible day (9 a.m.-4 p.m.) in Campbelton, Texas at the Tom Brothers Ranch, where you will spend the day with Chef Brian as he coaches you through the preparation of specialty brisket, chicken, ribs and more. And, you will be provided with recipes of all the items prepared, so you can recreate the BBQ masterpieces at home. This package includes continental breakfast, lunch, demonstration and time for Q&A with Chef Brian.
