Almond Butter aka Butters is as big a softie as his namesake says and twice as smooth. Especially when it comes to hiding shoes and socks, what belongs to humans is his to play with right? When they handed out cuddly genes, Butters got a double dose. What you would never know about Butters is that he was incredibly sick when he first came to us and is now a brave parvo survivor. He wouldn't have made it in this world had he not received life saving treatment, funded entirely by generosity like yours. Darry the dare devil. His front legs may or may not be longer than his back, but somehow it's made him more coordinated. This agile horse dog is completely lovable and a bit of a wild child, just our type! Hobbies include perfecting his gymnast level, four pawed landing on top of his foster mom's desk and hoarding toys deep into his bed. Darry came to us heartworm positive, and OTAT will provide treatment to his adopting family at no expense until he receives a clean bill of health! Help us help Darry?

The notorious D.O.G, a majestic Great Pyrenees named Ruth. Ruth has been through more than any living creature should, remaining sweet and trusting despite coming to OTAT emaciated, covered in fleas and mats. Her initial x-rays showed she had even been shot multiple times with bb pellets. Ruth has received medical care and is in need of continued ortho consults. Her story is one of resilience and strength, a gentle reminder that there is goodness and joy left in this world that is worth fighting for. Will you fight for Ruth on her journey of healing?

Rusty isn't bothered that he can't see or hear. He's grateful for each day! Plus, he sees everything he needs to with his nose and heart. Rusty is our super senior (and spooky season!) save. He came to OTAT on Halloween suffering from pneumonia and was thankfully able to receive speedy lifesaving care our new Ellis Vet Clinic. Rusty loves to stop and smell the roses and reminds all those around him to do the same. Make a donation for super seniors like Rusty?

Ladybird and Maxwell, like tacos and Tuesdays, are so much better together. Maxwell is no baby bird, he has never wondered who his mother is, since. Ladybird IS his mom and is always within sniffing distance. LB is a canine sommelier, she can even smell a treat from across the house in a deep sleep. Maxwell is in need of the big snip soon, and LB has several mystery growths and a collapsing trachea that are monitored closely by our medical team.
