Foundations of Strength Training

In these two virtual sessions, you will learn the foundational skills, positions, and cues that will help you to be successful with strength training. Though not conventional workouts, taking time to mindfully work on the basics helps people be more competent and confident in all gym movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, etc). By developing this initial consistency, people are able to progress more efficiently and safely in strength! Introductory session 60-75 minutes and second session 60 minutes via zoom.

Sessions must be scheduled by December 31st, 2021.
