  • KV FIT Online Group Classes via Zoom for 1 Month -- Classes are Monday - Friday at 6:30 and 9:00 AM and Saturday at 9:00 AM. If you're not able to make a live class, your membership gets you access to recorded classes (recordings are kept up for at least 48 hours). The only equipment you will need is your laptop/tablet/phone to get onto Zoom and a set of resistance bands. If you have other equipment, that is great but not necessary. Classes are scale-able to most fitness levels. Kristin explains and demonstrates each exercise and watches each member during the workout to make sure movement is being done safely and with proper form. Kristin's weekly workout template is: (HIIT* and Strength sessions) Monday - Total Body High Intensity Interval Training (55 min.) Tuesday - Upper Body Focused Training (55 min.) Wednesday - Total Body High Intensity Interval Training (30 min.) followed by Mobility and Recovery (30 min.) Thursday - Lower Body Focused Training (55 min.) Friday - Total Body High Intensity Interval Training (55 min.) Saturday - Total Body High Intensity Interval Training (55 min.) Expires 6/30/21
