Both bedrooms walk out into second family room with flat screen TV, Blu-ray player, PlayStation 2 and 3 with selection of games and plenty of board games. Large second full bathroom. Living area walks out to fire pit and seating outside on the lower level. Boat dock has a small partially covered slip for boat use but very small. Upper level of boat dock has a 12' tall high dive! Fish off the dock year-round.

Quick drive to fun lake hang-outs like Captain Ron's. 15-20 minute drive to outlet mall and other Osage Beach attractions.
