Lydia's Ladle Job Employment Program - Lack of employable job skills, absence of job references and a gap in employment on their resume due to fleeing the violence creates additional barriers. At Lydia's Ladle, victims gain practical work experience, make contacts for future job references and learn skills to work in the food industry under USDA guidelines. Becoming employed at the Ladle creates an immediate source of income for survivors. Your support at the $500 level allows domestic violence survivors to begin to attain financial independence and resources to help move into full-time career job by providing USDA education, certification and income while at Lydia's House.

Your donation is tax-deductible. Your donation may also qualify for a Missouri Tax Credit.
