The most beautiful, border collie mix came to us so defeated. We believe he was hit by a car. His leg was crushed and required amputation. On top of it all, he was very undersocialized and was absolutely terrified of us at first. His beautiful brown eyes were as wide as they would go. He was in a lot of pain and just wanted to be anywhere but here.

Over the next few days, he had his amputation and we took him on walks. At first, he hid under every car in the parking lot. We'll never forget the day he wagged his tail at us. He was only with us about ten days before he was the happiest, wiggliest angel boy! We all fell so madly in love with him!

He went to a medical foster home where he could continue healing in peace and quiet. His personality flourished. We are happy to report this gorgeous dog made a full recovery and has been adopted!
