This is one for the books:

This dog was thrown off of a bridge! He landed on a rock and crawled for help. Luckily a kind family was swimming nearby, saw the whole thing, and rushed to his aid. He was kept overnight in a nearby clinic until he was stable enough to travel to our trauma center. He had a left rear hip luxation with a bone fragment in the socket, his left front shoulder was injured but not fractured, and he had pneumothorax (a collapsed lung).

We made him comfortable and he started eating well, resting and relaxing. Once his lung and front shoulder healed, he got an FHO on his rear leg. Through it all he was the best patient and so sweet!

He made a full recovery and is adopted!
