Welcome to Osprey Manor. This amazing Finger Lakes getaway includes a two-night stay based on availability during any weekend now through April 30, 2021. Donated by our amazing volunteer Paul Bentz, this 4000-square-foot lovingly restored 200-year-old manor home sits on two acres of grounds overlooking the northeastern side of Cayuga Lake. The house is an amazing property for entertaining, family gatherings, and getting away to the Finger Lakes Region. A few famous people have stayed at this property and it has a charming reputation amongst on-air personalities, musicians, professional fishermen and California winery owners.

The manor can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. Your stay also includes a local wine and cheese package valued at $200. The home is not directly on the lake but there is a lake view. There is access to a boat slip at the nearby marina and the use of two kayaks and a canoe. Guests may also access the lake for swimming at Harris Park which is one block away. There is a hot tub located off the outside deck plus a gas fire pit and gas grill. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room easily seats 12 at a time.

The living room has two sofas (one is a full size sleeper) and additional seating to gather and enjoy a wood fire in the wood stove or a movie on the large screen TV. The home has Time Warner cable and WiFi. This space spills over into a library which is equipped with games, books, and an additional queen sleeper sofa. There is also a den that has an additional sofa, foosball table, electronic dart board, and bar area for entertaining.

The home has four bedrooms upstairs. All linens and towels are provided and guests have access to the laundry. Shampoo, soaps, and lotions are also provided. The master bedroom faces the lake and has a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The en suite bathroom has a soaking tub for guests to unwind and destress.

The front porch is covered and provides a perfect place for wine and conversations plus a view of the Cayuga Lake and its stunning sunsets. More images and details about this property can be found at:
