Calling all horse and hounds fans: This handsome trio of prints are based on 1852 lithographs by J.F. Herring that were engraved by J. Harris in 1867. About the Artist: John Frederick Herring Sr. was a renowned animal and sporting painter in the 1800s. He specialized in racehorses, painting many of the winners of the period. Herring's portraits of these horses were later engraved by many of the great engravers of the day. Later on in life he turned to farm scenes, and his son J. F. Herring Jr. also produced similar work.

Lois produces amazing work and donates much it. She has made baby blankets for hospitals, masks for people during this pandemic, and items for pets at local animal shelters near Cleveland (and now Louisville).

Eugenio Cerrosi was born in Brazil of Italian parents, and he has resided in the United State for the past 20 years. He draws from a wide ranging palette that can be serious dark and even foreboding to light pastels that border on whimsical. Eugenio is also a classical pianist, music teacher and a collector of abstract and cubist art. He is a self-taught artist and holds two Master's degrees in other fields. Corey James Lanerie (born 1974) is a jockey in American Thoroughbred horse racing. Based in Kentucky, he has been the leading rider at Churchill Downs, having won the most races during a race meet, 10 times. He has also been named the leading rider at Ellis Park, Lone Star Park, Sam Houston Race Park and Retama Park.

These stunning hand-made end-grain cutting boards include a bread board, cheese board, and a set of (3) spurtles by Dennis Branson of Louisville.

These boards are made from several types of hardwood including, maple, cherry, walnut, oak, purple heart and padauk. End-grain cutting boards are gentle on knives, and will last a long time if taken care of properly.

The horse and jockey on the bottle stoppers are a recognized trademark of Blanton's Single Barrel Bourbon. The rich heritage and tradition of horses in Kentucky parallel that of bourbon. Beginning in 1999 a collector's edition set of eight different stoppers was produced. The set features a horse and jockey in different strides and poses resembling the stages of a horse race. Each stopper is marked with a single letter that spells Blanton's when the set has been completed.

Jaime Corum is an equine artist based in Louisville. Jaime's art is inspired and refined by her own experience with horses, especially her own horse Chesapeake. She has been drawing horses since she can remember and riding ever since she could talk her parents into it. Jaime's art evolved from doing portraits of friend's horses for fun to a full-time career of commissioned portraits and original compositions.
