Terms and conditions: Valid for four tickets. Package includes four front row tickets in the Owner's seats behind home plate for one Miami Marlins 2020 regular season home game to be held at Marlins Park in Miami, FL. Experience will be scheduled for a mutually agreed upon date between the donor and the winner based on availability. In the event no tickets are valid for the 2020 season, this experience will be offered for the 2021 regular season Miami Marlins home game.

Once the date has been confirmed by the donor of the tickets, it may not be changed and the donor and the USTA Foundation are not responsible for game changes due to weather or other circumstances.

Flight accommodations consist of four round-trip, non-refundable, economy class airline tickets, provided by the donor. Flights must be used to attend the Miami Marlins game in this package and may not be used at another time. Airline, departure city, departure date and time and return date and time will be determined based upon availability and the cities the airline serves in the Continental United States to Miami, Florida. Blackout dates apply. Direct flights are not guaranteed and flights will not accrue miles. Flights must be booked no less than 30 days in advance. Once the airline tickets are purchased by donor, the USTA Foundation and donor are no longer responsible for any flight changes, fees, cancellations, missed flights, etc.; attendee is subject to all flight and TSA regulations regarding the same.

The Derek Jeter signed baseball will be provided to the winner when they attend the game. Valet parking is included at Marlins Park for the game; the donor's name will be on the list. Miami Marlins tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded, deferred, resold, or re-auctioned. Ticket holders are subject to the terms, conditions, and security protocols of Marlins Park. Travel (outside of airfare as provided for in this experience), accommodations, food, and beverages are not included.
