Rivaling the culinary artistic talents of Nashville's up and coming restaurants, Adam Malone and Greg Prince team up to create epicurious experiences for their friends and family. Just ask one of the 18 young professionals who enjoyed a plated steak dinner for Valentines, one of the 60 people in attendance for their Friendsgiving meal, or many of their friends who have been able to experience a more personal dinner for 8, and they will tell you about the duo's delicious creations.

You now have the opportunity to choose one of the following menus to be cooked in your home or hosted at the Malone's house for 8-10.

Steakhouse - Sous Vide New York Strip, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Wedge Salad, Roasted Vegetables, Rolls, Cheesecake.

Italian - Pappardelle w/ Bolognese, Rosemary Grilled Pork w/balsamic Glaze, Zuppa Toscana, Antipasto salad, Italian chocolate cake.

Mexican - 18 hour Sous Vide Carnitas, Chicken Fajitas, roasted poblano & radish salad, cilantro lime rice, homemade black beans, tortillas, and churros with chili chocolate dipping sauce & homemade ice cream.

Brunch - Eggs Benedict, homemade buttermilk biscuits & gravy, bacon, eggs cooked to choice, jellies/jams, yogurt parfait, and fresh fruit (can serve up to 14).
