Joining the Healing Hearts Circle, a core group of committed monthly donors, is a tangible way to provide a safe place for Acadiana children and families to grieve and heal together.

On-Site Support Groups
Healing House offers a safe place where children and their families can come together to share their thoughts, feelings and grief experiences with others also facing the unimaginable and devastating death of their loved one.
In-School Support Groups
We know that many children face obstacles preventing them from attending our in-person support groups at Healing House. Healing House 's mental health professionals provide weekly in-school support groups at several Lafayette Parish schools for children grieving the death of a close loved one that may not have the resources or family support to attend groups at our facility.
Community Services
We are passionate about helping grieving children throughout the Acadiana community to get the support they need and deserve. We offer a number of unique resources to reach out to the community including a Tragedy Response Team, Coping Kits, and Grief Education Training.
