We are pleased to bring this item back for the last time, a historical rifle, with a CCA LOGO. There will be no more in the CCA Arsenal after tonight. Introduced by the US Army in 1873, it was first called the .45 Government, then the 45-70 as it changed into a 70-grain black powder charge, with 405 and 500 grain bullets. Factory loads are widely available, and it will knock down hogs or bear at 300 yards. This elegant artwork has a BRASS receiver with an 18.5" octagonal barrel, with a tubular magazine that holds four rounds. It has a pistol grip stock and steel-capped fore-end of high-grade American Walnut. This HENRY GOLDEN BOY 45-70 is a real Masterpiece, with a proudly placed CCA Logo, and unique CCA serial number. Collector's piece yes, or use it to show your buds that you can really shoot LIKE A MAN! Donated by CCA Texas.
