A couple of Louisiana bred friends with a passion for quality Cajun Cuisine and a food truck budget embarked on a ride towards their dream. Meet Chef Aaron 'Peanut' Hanning and Beau Hays, two friends of over 14 years, who took their shared occupation in the restaurant industry on a wild ride of a restaurant on wheels. "We wanted more control to be able to hear what people say and make the decision to give them what they want without having to go up the corporate chain for permission."
In 2015 these two friends purchased a 1959 food truck and before they knew it the new friends they made on their food truck journeys have grown their business from, truck, to full blown catering company, to a full scale dine in Bar and Grill in the heart of Bossier City's premiere entertainment district, The East Bank Market.
