Enjoy a private tour and tasting for up to six people and a 3-night stay in the 1400 sq. ft. 5-bedroom/2-bathroom Williams Selyem Winery guest house.

Founded in Sonoma County's Russian River Valley, Williams Selyem has been making distinctive Pinot Noirs from this area since 1981. While Williams Selyem production has expanded to include nearby appellations and small offerings of Chardonnay and Zinfandel as well, these wines along with their flagship Pinot Noirs are still extremely limited in production. A limited number of cases are released each year to a select group of the country's finest restaurants, with the remainder of the allocation available only to members of The WS List.You will receive a spot and allocation on the Williams Selyem Wine List, giving you priority to purchase new releases without the traditional period on the Waiting List.

NOTE: Minimum legal drinking age is 21. Sonoma is approximately 35 miles (50 minutes) south of Healdsburg, CA, and approximately 1.5 hours north of San Francisco and Oakland.

Valette Restaurant, Healdsburg
Enjoy a VIP 6-course dinner with wine pairings, prepared exclusively for your party of six. Chef/Owner and Healdsburg native Dustin Valette will make a personal visit to your table and craft an elegant menu from Sonoma County's finest seasonal ingredients to complement the region's distinctive wines. Valette incorporates the best of the abundant local sources into specialties such as broiled Miyagi oysters with caramelized onion biscuits and coriander-crusted duck breast with fig compote. The wine pairings exemplify the symbiotic relationship of wine and cuisine.

Chef Valette, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, honed his craft at some of the most celebrated restaurants on the West Coast, including the Michelin-starred Aqua in San Francisco, Napa Valley's Bouchon, and most recently, Charlie Palmer's Dry Creek Kitchen. The restaurant's vibe is upscale casual and has a simple charm -- rustic and comfortable -- with the premise of being a gathering place to showcase great food, wine and service.

Ground transportation is the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated. Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Purchases through charity fundraisers are non-refundable and packages cannot be resold.
